Orders are shipped during the week on Monday to Friday. Orders that are placed before 11 AM EST are typically shipped on the same business day*. Orders that are placed after 11 AM EST will be shipped on the following day. If an order is placed on Friday AFTER 11 AM EST, the order will be shipped on Monday or the next business day in the event of a holiday. We do not currently offer weekend shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping method chosen and the delivery location. Your order will ship via the method chosen when the order was placed. We currently offer 3 shipping methods: 3 day shipping, 2 days shipping, and overnight shipping. 

*If we encounter an issue with the billing and/or payment information there could be a delay in processing and shipping your order. 

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be credited as a store gift card.

We are unable to ship to P.O boxes and are not able to ship to forwarding address or access points.

You will be charged for your order as soon as your order is placed. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a refund when necessary.

At that time, we cannot edit or cancel an order once it has been placed for security reasons as well as efficiency reasons. If an order needs to be canceled.

As of right now, we only ship inside of the US.

If your hat becomes defective within 30 days of purchase and does not show signs of obvious wear and tear we will send you a new one. We sell only products of the highest quality, however, nothing is bulletproof! Warranty does not cover hat stains or discoloration.

Stains and discoloration are caused by a foreign substance such as sweat, water, condiments, prolonged exposure to the sun, dirt, rain, natural oils from your hair, etc.

If you have any further issues concerning the stains or discoloration please contact the hat manufacturer on the label inside your hat.
